 Emily
K. Niezer graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 2001
where she served for two years on the Cumberland ATLA National
Trial Team, Trial Advocacy Board, Director of the Haley
Trial Competition and received the Order of the Barristers
Award. Emily practiced in Birmingham for a large firm doing
civil litigation for three years and prosecuted criminal
cases in Lee County for one year. Emily is from Cullman
and is proud to be practicing law in the county where her
father was a career prosecutor.
Her practice includes general litigation with an emphasis
on personal injury, workers' compensation and criminal defense.
Emily enjoys spending time with her family and is an active
member of the local bar association and her church. She
enjoys spending time at the lake whenever possible.
