Todd
McLeroy graduated from the University of Alabama and with
honors from Samford University's Cumberland Law School,
where he served as an associate editor of The Cumberland
Law Review. Todd spent a year working as a law clerk for
former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Hugh Maddox before
coming home to Cullman in 1993 to practice law.
Todd
enjoys the variety of a busy general practice and the
intellectual challenges of legal research and writing. Much of his practice is concentrated in the areas of wills,
estates, and other matters in probate court, contracts
and deeds, and civil litigation.
Todd
is active in the local bar association and is a member
of the Executive Committee of the Alabama Trial Lawyers
Association and the Christian Legal Society. Todd has
also devoted his time to different charitable organizations,
including educational foundations and Habitat for Humanity.
In
his spare time Todd enjoys traveling with his wife and
children and working on his cattle farm.
