Todd McLeroy graduated from the University of Alabama and with honors from Samford University's Cumberland Law School, where he served as an associate editor of The Cumberland Law Review.  Todd spent a year working as a law clerk for former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Hugh Maddox before coming home to Cullman in 1993 to practice law.

Todd enjoys the variety of a busy general practice and the intellectual challenges of legal research and writing.  Much of his practice is concentrated in the areas of wills, estates, and other matters in probate court, contracts and deeds, and civil litigation.

Todd is active in the local bar association and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and the Christian Legal Society.  Todd has also devoted his time to different charitable organizations, including educational foundations and Habitat for Humanity.

In his spare time Todd enjoys traveling with his wife and children and working on his cattle farm.

Todd will be glad to discuss your legal problem and try to answer your questions.  His email address is dtm@knight-griffith.com.
